  • Confirmation email that the booking has been received – The contract is concluded upon sending an order confirmation. Payment Terms

The customer may use only the following payment methods: advance bank transfer, invoice upon delivery, payment service provider (PayPal), cash payment upon collection, credit card. Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.

The invoice amount must be transferred in advance to the account specified on the invoice after receipt of the invoice, which contains all the details necessary for the transfer and is sent by email. The invoice amount must also be transferred in advance if the invoice is sent with the delivery.

When using an escrow service/payment service provider, this enables the provider and customer to process the payment between them. The escrow service/payment service provider forwards the customer’s payment to the provider. Further information can be found on the respective escrow service/payment service provider’s website.

The invoice amount can also be paid in cash, minus any shipping costs, at the provider’s business premises during normal office hours.

When paying by credit card, the customer must be the cardholder. The credit card is charged after the goods are shipped.

The customer is obliged to pay the stated amount to the account specified on the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, either in cash or by transfer. Payment is due immediately from the invoice date without deduction. After the payment period, which is thus determined by the calendar, has expired, the customer is automatically in default without the need for a reminder.

Service Provision

The service begins immediately after confirmed payment receipt. The provider undertakes to provide the service after receipt of the order.

Contract Design

The customer has no direct access to the stored contract text. The customer can correct input errors during the ordering process. To do this, they can proceed as follows: Notify the provider and point out the error.
